- Early Bird registration is valid until 15 April 2026, 23:59 (Athens, Greece – EEST, UTC+3).
- Regular registration is valid from 16 April 2026.
- Participants attending iLRN 2026 conference receive an additional 30% discount on the applicable registration fee (upon request of a discount code).

Notes
- At least one registration (regular or student) is required for each accepted paper to be included in the conference proceedings by 10 May 2026.
- One registration covers up to two papers. An additional fee of €80 applies for each extra paper.
- The Early Bird discount (10%) does not apply to ACM member rates.
- Student authors in all categories must provide a valid student ID, to be sent to dkapsidi@eled.duth.gr
- Author registrations include the gala dinner, unless otherwise stated.

Important information regarding the registration payment portal:

After selecting the appropriate option(s) and adding them to your cart, please provide in the “Additional Information” field:
- the name of the conference
- your paper ID (submission number)
- Special Track Organizers should also indicate the Special Track ID
- You may use the CART link (top of the page) at any time to review or modify your order.
- If the total amount in your basket is €0 (e.g., fee waiver eligibility), please select “Pay with cash upon delivery” (no payment will be required).
Registration is required even when the total participation cost is €0.
